 Salary: Up to £50,000 per year + up to £7,000 in bonuses

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Burnley. The home supports young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, offering a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is naturally caring, highly motivated, and ready to make a meaningful impact in children's lives.

You’ll Need:
  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
  • NVQ 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
  • NVQ 4/CMS/DMS or equivalent management qualification (or working towards)
  • Extensive experience working with young people in residential settings
  • Proven leadership experience at a senior level
  • Strong team management and budget-handling skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the overall operation of the home and its staff
  • Ensure all children receive high-quality, person-centred care
  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
  • Foster a culture of openness, inclusion, and high standards
  • Manage rotas, staffing, budgets, and regulatory documentation
  • Promote professional development and supervise staff
  • Ensure the home meets all legislative and quality standards
  • Work in partnership with external agencies and professionals
  • Uphold and champion safeguarding and child protection principles
