After being made redundant in 2015, I signed up with Rotherwood. Within one week Spencer called me to say he had a position that matched my skills in relation to my previous work and CV. Spencer was very understanding, polite and helpful. As promised a week later I started the role, I was called on the morning of my new job to wish me luck and to make sure I found the company ok. Also I was called at the end of my shift to check I enjoyed the role. After a 12 week period I was offered a full time contract a year later I was promoted to Manufacturing Supervisor and part of my role is to liaise with Rotherwood regarding staffing. He is supportive, friendly and helpful. On the odd occasion a person has not met out expectations Spencer has dealt with this in a professional manner. We have experienced an unprecedented upturn in work since January. One of the issues we have is labour especially with the constraints of working away and needing CSCS cards etc. You always find us what we require, communication is good and most of the candidates we receive are of very good quality. When we decided to relocate our business from Amsterdam back to our home town of Burnley we obviously needed a brand new team. After contacting Rotherwood to help with our recruitment difficulties, I have always been dealing with Spencer. From our first meeting I have always found him to be very professional and a positive can do attitude.
