DBS Required

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist / Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy care home. This front-of-house role is key to ensuring excellent communication and efficient admin processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, staff, and professionals in a warm and courteous manner

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently

  • Maintain records, update care systems, and manage appointments

  • Support the Home Manager and senior staff with administrative tasks

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous admin or reception experience (care sector preferred)

  • Strong IT and communication skills

  • Organised, calm under pressure, and approachable

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
