DBS Required
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist / Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy care home. This front-of-house role is key to ensuring excellent communication and efficient admin processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, staff, and professionals in a warm and courteous manner

Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently

Maintain records, update care systems, and manage appointments

Support the Home Manager and senior staff with administrative tasks

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:

Previous admin or reception experience (care sector preferred)

Strong IT and communication skills

Organised, calm under pressure, and approachable

Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
