Operations Administrator (Stock & Shipping)
Location: Keighley
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7am – 4:45pm (9.25 hrs/day)
Pay: National Minimum/Living Wage (as applicable)
12-week contract with potential extension
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operations Administrator to support the shipping and stock functions within a busy operations department. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, juggling different tasks, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Training will be provided, so previous experience in stock control, warehousing, or despatch is beneficial but not essential and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation, couriers, and carriers.
• Packing, wrapping, and organising sales orders ready for despatch.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out regular stock checks.
• Inputting data into stock systems (Efac’s).
• Working with other departments to resolve queries.
• Supporting continuous improvement and ensuring safe working practices.

• A flexible and proactive approach - no two days will be the same.
• Strong IT and data entry skills.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and work independently or in a team.
