Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, temporary ongoing basis (could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. )
Key activities on the role:
- Manage and maintain all planned maintenance visits for all major National Accounts
- Manage all open call outs
- Produce and update daily unit off reports
- Send daily unit off reports to customer
- Deal with quote queries
- Manage and maintain the customers own in-house systems
- Prepare insurance reports for data entry team to upload for processing
- Manage and maintain the remedial defect reports
- Manage and chase all serious defects daily
- Communicate directly with both Facilities Management and Insurance Companies to arrange joint site visits
- Manage and maintain the Insurance Service Orders by using SAP (training given)
- Respond to any ad-hoc queries received both internally and externally
- Upload and update the customers own in-house system for all statutory inspections and serious defects
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the national Accounts Administration Supervisor
- Manage account reports on a weekly basis.
Skills, Education and Experience
- Previous office experience
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Good Word, Excel and Outlook skills
