🔧 Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Joinery & Plumbing) – Temporary Role 🔧
Location: Burnley | Duration: Approx. 1 Month | £15.91/hr | Van Provided

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a background in joinery and plumbing, to assist in turning around empty properties ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out joinery and plumbing tasks on void (empty) properties

• Preparing homes to be returned to customers in a timely manner

• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet turnaround targets

• Ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained on all jobs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working on social housing, specifically void properties

• Skilled in both joinery and plumbing (multi-trade)

• Full UK driving licence – a van will be provided for site visits

• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

The Offer:

• Temporary role – Approx. 1 month

• £15.91 per hour (based on £30,000 per annum for 36.25 hours/week)
