Description
Our client based in Riddlesden is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
The key duties of the position are:
- Inputting sales orders on Sage 200
- Dealing with the post and franking machine
- Picking up the phone and dealing with queries or referring them to the relevant person/ taking messages
- Dealing with the courier companies and arranging for collection of goods returns
- Collecting delivery notes from the warehouse and scanning
- Dealing with post and franking machine
- Taking customer payments over the phone
- Sales and support inbox monitoring
- General office duties as and when needed.
Key requirements:
- Well organised, detail-oriented person
- Confident telephone manner
- Admin / Customer Service experience.
Hours of work – 8:45am to 5pm with 45 min lunch, 37.5 hours a week
Salary - £20k to £24k depending on experience.
