Temporary Credit Controller - Burnley

Immediate start – urgent requirement

A Burnley client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary basis, working 20 hours per week.

Flexible school hours: between 9.00am – 3.30/4.00pm (ideal for parents or anyone seeking shorter daytime hours).

The Role

You’ll be supporting the finance team with a backlog of credit control work, focusing on:

• Chasing outstanding payments owed by schools for completed projects
• Managing debtor accounts and ensuring timely collection
• Maintaining accurate records and liaising with internal teams

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid credit control experience
• Is confident communicating with clients (in this case, schools)
• Can work independently and efficiently to clear existing backlogs
