What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs (preferred)
Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
Ability to encourage independence and build trust
Confident working alone and following care plans
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
Driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
