👤 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs (preferred)
✅ Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
✅ Ability to encourage independence and build trust
✅ Confident working alone and following care plans
✅ Reliable, compassionate, and professional
✅ Driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
