About the role:
The Service Manager will co-ordinate and deliver a range of domestic abuse support services, including safe accommodation and support services and associated community based services. You will be responsible for leading, managing, developing, monitoring and reviewing the operational running of high-quality frontline services to victims and survivors of domestic abuse

We seek a dedicated leader with experience in managing refuge, support, or recovery services. You will lead the refuge team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and fostering sustainable change in residents' lives.

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in leading and developing effective teams with a focus on wellbeing.
-Knowledge of local and national approaches to domestic abuse and recovery.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to collaborate with partner agencies.
-Confidence in using computer packages and knowledge in housing management.
