Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead their team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage management, you will oversee the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-centered service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service during high-volume periods.
- Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and guest experience.
- Oversee staff recruitment, HR, payroll, and performance, focusing on training and development.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and rotation to minimise waste and maintain optimal levels.
- Coordinate reservations and maximise guest flow and table turnover.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance guest satisfaction.
