Description

Our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the operations of two residential care homes based in the Keighley and Skipton area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader with a proven track record in managing regulated services to take the next step in their career and join a supportive, values-driven provider focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of both care homes in line with CQC regulations.

  • Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and staff.

  • Recruit, train, and develop care staff, fostering a positive team culture.

  • Oversee care planning, audits, medication administration, and safeguarding.

  • Maintain occupancy levels and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or dementia care setting.

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care – Leadership & Management (or working towards).

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and improving lives.
