Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the operations of two residential care homes based in the Keighley and Skipton area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of both care homes in line with CQC regulations.

Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and staff.

Recruit, train, and develop care staff, fostering a positive team culture.

Oversee care planning, audits, medication administration, and safeguarding.

Maintain occupancy levels and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or dementia care setting.

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care – Leadership & Management (or working towards).

Strong understanding of CQC standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
