Job Title: IPAF Labourer / Cherry Picker Operator – Seasonal Role - Nights
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Location: Based in Keighley with travel across the North of England
Duration: 14th September 2025 – 28th November 2025
Schedule: 6 days per week
Working Hours: Start time between 1am–2am, finishing around lunchtime
Overnight Stays: Occasionally required (accommodation provided)

Job Description:
Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit qualified and reliable IPAF Labourers / Cherry Picker Operators for a seasonal contract installing Christmas lighting displays across towns and cities in the North of England.
You will be working from cherry pickers at height in the early hours of the morning to help set up festive lighting. The role involves physical labour, working outdoors in all weather, and early morning travel. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique and rewarding seasonal project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate cherry pickers (MEWPs) to install lights safely at height
• Travel to various locations as part of a mobile installation team
• Handle and install lighting equipment and fixtures
• Work outdoors during night shifts and in various weather conditions
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and setup/takedown at each site

Requirements:
• Valid IPAF Licence (must be presented before starting)
• Valid CS1 7.5 Ton Driving Licence (proof of licence required)
• Comfortable working at height and outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
• Punctual, responsible, and physically fit
• Able to work unsociable hours and maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism
