Description
HR Administrator (Temporary, Part-Time)
Pay: £14-15 per hour (DOE)
We are currently seeking an organised and reliable HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation on a temporary basis from March to the end of July.
This is a part-time role (25–30 hours per week), with flexibility on working hours, however availability on Mondays is essential.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting day-to-day people operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing HR administration support across the business
- Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation for new starters
- Coordinating and delivering staff inductions
- Supporting recruitment processes and requirements
- Processing DBS checks
- Maintaining holiday and absence records
- Completing monthly payroll adjustments
- Coordinating training and training materials
- Producing staff letters and email communications
- Conducting staff check-ins and producing reports
- Organising monthly Board meetings and taking/distributing minutes
- Booking accommodation when required
- Facilitating work experience placements
- Taking notes at meetings as required
- Supporting with general administrative duties as needed
About You
- Confident working alongside senior leadership, including Directors and CEO level
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Trustworthy and discreet, with the ability to handle highly confidential information
- Previous experience in HR administration is desirable, however candidates with a strong general administration background will also be considered

- Temporary contract: March – end of July
- Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
- Must be available to work on Mondays
