Job Title: Function Testing Operative
Location: Outskirts of Keighley
Job Type: Full Time (Temporary to Permanent)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available

The Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Keighley, who are looking to add a Function Testing Operative to their team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous machine operating experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing machinery and ensuring products meet required quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Operating and function testing machinery and equipment
• Ensuring all products meet quality and performance standards
• Identifying faults and reporting any issues
• Carrying out basic mechanical adjustments when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements
• Previous machine operating experience is essential
• Mechanically minded with a practical, problem-solving approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a good work ethic
