Electrician (Temporary)
Contract Length: 5 months
Location: Burnley and surrounding areas
Rate: £20 per hour
Working Hours: 8:45am – 4:30pm

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to work on a 5-month contract, supporting an ongoing EICR programme within social housing properties around the Burnley area. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician with a strong background in domestic and social housing environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Completing remedial works identified during inspections
• Working within occupied social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
• Accurately completing job paperwork and reports
Requirements
• Proven experience working as an Electrician in social housing
• Strong experience delivering EICR programmes
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Own tools required
