We are seeking a Driver/Labourer to join our clients expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Driving/Delivery of materials to and from site.
• Organise and maintain the yard, ensuring all materials and equipment are organised and easily accessible.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment for transportation to and from construction sites.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure it is in proper working order, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Repair damaged equipment where possible.
• Keep track of inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of all materials.
• Provide on-site support to installation teams by delivering and retrieving materials as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the yard, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle and lift heavy materials, work outdoors, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong organisational skills to manage and maintain an efficient yard layout and inventory system.
• Capable of working collaboratively with installation teams and other yard personnel and management team members.
• Some understanding of construction processes is advantageous.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm (subject to change)

Salary: £115-£120 per day
