Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, webchat, and social media in a professional, timely manner.
• Take ownership of cases, ensuring queries are resolved and stakeholders are kept informed.
• Escalate and log complaints appropriately, following internal policies and timescales.
• Promote digital self-service options and guide customers through online tools.
• Work towards set KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, efficient service.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a customer service role (minimum 2 years).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• A genuine team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
