Complex Needs Night Shift Worker – Burnley

To be considered for this role, candidates need to have previous experience working with individuals experiencing substance misuse, offending behaviours, mental and physical health challenges, and difficulties living independently.

The Role:

As a Complex Needs Night Shift Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents during the night shift.
Carrying out regular building checks to maintain the safety and integrity of the accommodation.
Responding swiftly to any incidents or situations requiring immediate attention.
Promoting independent living skills to assist residents in adhering to their licence agreement.
Keeping accurate records and handing over clear, concise information to the day staff via a handover system.
Providing practical support and assistance to residents as needed throughout the night.
