Position: CNC Spring Maker / Spring Coiling/ wire forming Machine Operator

About the company:

Our client based on the outskirts of Keighley are seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Spring Maker to join their production team and support the continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC spring coiling machines
• Produce compression, torsion, extension, and custom springs to precise specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Experience operating CNC spring coiling machines, A Strong understanding of wire types, spring geometry, and coiling techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience measuring systems
• Knowledge of heat treatment and stress-relief processes
• Familiarity with ISO or other quality standards
