Description
Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a Call Centre Operative on a part-time basis working weekends.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Logging the information
- Liaising with internal departments
- Liaising with engineers
- General admin duties
Key requirements:
- Must have a good Geographical knowledge of the UK
- Must have previous Call Centre experience
- Must have good admin skills and be computer literate
- Must be able to pass a Geographical / spelling test.
Hours of work – Saturday and Sunday 8am- 4.30pm
Rate of Pay - National Minimum Wage
