Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a Call Centre Operative on a full time, temporary on going basis.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with incoming calls
• Logging the information
• Liaising with internal departments
• Liaising with engineers
• General admin duties

Key requirements:

• Must have a good Geographical knowledge of the UK
• Must have previous Call Centre experience
• Must have good admin skills and be computer literate
• Must be able to pass a Geographical / Spelling test.

Hours of work - • 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 weekends.
