Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Minimum 6 months’ experience working in elderly care settings

• Up-to-date mandatory training (moving & handling, safeguarding, medication, etc.)

• Ability to work flexibly across days, nights, and weekends

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• UK right to work (we do not offer sponsorship)

The Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and support to elderly residents in care homes and supported living services across Lancashire

• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility needs

• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents

• Work flexibly, covering shifts as required to support services at short notice

• Follow care plans, safeguard residents, and maintain accurate records
