Bank Care Assistants – Elderly Care Services
Location: Across Lancashire
Salary: Competitive hourly rates (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Flexible, zero-hour contract (bank work)

Essential Requirements
-
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Minimum 6 months’ experience working in elderly care settings
-
Up-to-date mandatory training (moving & handling, safeguarding, medication, etc.)

Ability to work flexibly across days, nights, and weekends
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
UK right to work (we do not offer sponsorship)
The Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will:
-
Deliver high-quality care and support to elderly residents in care homes and supported living services across Lancashire

Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility needs
-
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents
-
Work flexibly, covering shifts as required to support services at short notice
-
Follow care plans, safeguard residents, and maintain accurate records
