Description
Shift: Mon – Thurs, 9:30am – 5pm (30hrs)
Location: Keighley
Our client in Keighley is seeking a proactive, driven and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and is confident using Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding professionally to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- General administration, including data entry, scanning, and filing.
- Preparing delivery paperwork, job sheets, and supporting shipment processes.
- Assisting with sales and marketing activities by contacting potential customers.
- Processing invoices, supplier payments, and reconciling expenses.
- Supporting internal teams by sharing information and coordinating effectively.
- Using Sage 50 software (training will be provided).
- Ensuring compliance with quality management and health & safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive and professional approach to working with colleagues and customers.
