Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Keighley
Salary: £13.08 per hour (days) / £17.07 per hour (nights)
Shift Pattern: 24-hour rotating shift pattern averaging 36 hours, 13 minutes per week

• Week 1: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Week 2: 5:55pm – 6:05am, Wednesday & Thursday
• Week 3: 5:55pm – 6:05am, Monday & Tuesday

Overview:
Rotherwood Recruitment is recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in Keighley. This role involves operating cutting machinery and ensuring products are produced safely, accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring cutting machinery
• Loading materials and checking finished products
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Carrying out basic machine checks and maintenance
• Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
