Job Title: CNC Press Brake / CNC Punch Operator
Location: Rossendale, Haslingden
Salary: From £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (40 hours per week)
Holidays: 33 days, including Bank Holidays

Overview:
Rotherwood Recruitment is recruiting for a skilled CNC Press Brake / CNC Punch Operator on behalf of a well-established commercial catering equipment manufacturer. This is a hands-on role working with sheet metal to produce high-quality components to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC press brake and punch machinery
• Work with a variety of sheet metal materials
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Complete daily machine start-up and shutdown procedures
• Record material usage and minimise waste
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work to production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous CNC press brake or punch experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Experience with Trumpf machinery is advantageous
