Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Location: Crosshills
Shift: Mon – Fri, 9:30am-3pm (core hours, open to full time)
Salary: TBC & DOE
An established and growing accountancy firm is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join their small, friendly team in a newly opening office in Crosshills.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, client interaction, and being part of a close-knit business.
The Role
This is initially a mixed position combining:
- Reception duties and first point of contact for clients
- General office administration
- Assisting with internal and client bookkeeping tasks
As the business continues to grow, there is clear scope for development, with the opportunity to progress into a more bookkeeping-focused role over time.
Hours & Flexibility
- Flexible working hours available: core hours required: 9:30am – 3:00pm
- Open to part-time or full-time applicants
- Primarily office-based due to reception duties, with WFH available when required
