Job description:
Are you a confident communicator with a flair for sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? If so, we want to hear from you! We're on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Executive to join my clients growing dynamic team and help drive business growth through outbound B2B calling, while delivering excellent support to new clients during their initial account period.

Key responsibilities:
• Conducting high-volume B2B outbound cold calls to generate new business
• Managing your own portfolio of new customers for their first 6 months, providing top-tier service and support
• Responding to sales inquiries and following up on leads in a timely, professional manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using a CRM system
• Delivering against sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Completing daily callbacks and courtesy follow-ups
• Ensuring compliance with the DCC Code of Conduct and all company policies and procedures

Ideal candidate:
• A good standard of education, ideally with GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths
• Previous experience in an office environment is essential, ideally within a B2B telesales role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A confident, professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Resilient and reliable, able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales success
• A strong team player who can also thrive when working independently
