We’re growing our presence in Keighley and looking for a driven, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing temp team. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced environment with a strong portfolio of existing clients, so the ability to hit the ground running is key. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and delivers service with substance – we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
• Attracting and sourcing top-quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Interviewing and assessing candidates to match them with the right opportunities
• Conducting regular service reviews with clients to ensure we’re exceeding expectations
• Proactively generating new business through sales, lead gen and marketing activity
• Managing high-volume temp accounts with efficiency and professionalism

What we’re looking for:
• Recruitment experience is essential – ideally within temporary Industrial placements
• A cool head under pressure – deadlines and demands don’t throw you, they motivate you
• A team player who values strong relationships and gets stuck in
• Confident on the phone and comfortable working to targets
• Someone who brings both energy and integrity to their role
