Job title: Part Time Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant (Mon-Thurs)
Location: Keighley (office based)
Salary: £14 p/h
Job type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our client’s team in Cross Hills on a temp-to-perm basis. As a part-time bookkeeper/accounts assistant, you will work closely with the finance team, supporting reporting, accounts and general bookkeeping tasks.
Job responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date financial records using accounting software, e.g. XERO
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
• Handle data entry, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions
Key requirements:
• 1 year’s accounts experience
• Proficiency in accounting software – XERO & MS Excel
• Basic understanding of payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail
Hours of work – 8am till 4.30 Monday to Thursday.
