Our client is looking for kind, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join a compassionate team providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs in a supported living or residential setting in Keighley.

Whether you have experience in care or are just starting out and passionate about helping others – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, medication, and activities

• Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion in day-to-day life

• Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Supporting outings, hobbies, meal prep, appointments, and community access

• Recording accurate notes, following care plans, and reporting concerns

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in care is welcome but not essential – full training is provided

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient with a good sense of humour

• Ability to work flexibly – including some weekends or nights

• A genuine interest in supporting people to live meaningful, fulfilled lives
