Support Workers – Tranmere

Location: Tranmere
Salary: Competitive pay (depending on experience)
Hours: Various shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends
Contract: Bank / Part-time

Essential Requirements:

• Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota

• Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, or complex needs is desirable but not essential

The Role:
You’ll support individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This includes:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines

• Building confidence and independence

• Supporting vocational or meaningful activities

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect

• Working collaboratively within a values-driven team
