Contract: Full Time | Permanent | 9:00am – 5:30pm

 

We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Skipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety within their role and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

The Role

  • Managing general office administration
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Coordinating vendors, cleaners and property management
  • Managing room bookings and courier arrangements
  • Monitoring shared inboxes, including triaging and filing emails
  • Supporting incoming email and telephone enquiries
  • Preparing contracts and key documentation
  • Collecting onboarding paperwork and certificates
  • Managing compliance documentation
  • Researching global visa requirements
  • Arranging travel and accommodation bookings

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm and adaptable when priorities change
  • Confident communicating via phone and email
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Experienced within administration or office support
