Location: Keighley
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8/8:30am – 5/5:30pm
Salary: £23-26K (£12.21p/h)
Are you an office all rounder looking for a varied and fulfilling role? My distributor client in Keighley is seeking a reliable and organsied Office Administrator/Order Processor to join their friendly team
Job duties:
• Answering incoming calls and taking orders from customers and sales representatives
• Processing and dispatching orders
• Booking collections via various courier systems
• Managing and processing online orders via Shopify and Royal Mail Click & Drop
• Liaising with service customers and providing reports or information as needed
• Stock control, monitoring, and placing orders
• Taking payments and handling account-related queries with stores and representatives
• Chasing overdue accounts
• Coordinating with the warehouse on stock and order matters
• Assisting with order checking
• Responding to customer and client emails
Ideal candidate:
• Previous office/admin experience
• Order processing/dispatching experience
• Computer literate & IT skills
• SAGE 50 knowledge – desirable
• Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
