Job Title: Labourers – Seasonal Work ( Light Installation)
Pay: £12.50 per hour + up to £750 end-of-assignment bonus
Location: Keighley-based (Travel across the North of England required)
Contract Dates: 14th September 2025 – 28th November 2025
Schedule: 6 days per week | Start times: 1am–2am | Finish: Late morning/early afternoon

Job Description:
Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit hard-working, reliable Labourers to join their team for a seasonal project installing lights across towns and cities in the North of England.
This is a physically demanding role that requires early starts, travel, outdoor work in all weather conditions, and working at height from cherry pickers. You will be part of a small, supportive team helping bring festive cheer to high streets and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the safe installation of lighting displays at height using cherry pickers (not operating)
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Travel to multiple job sites across the North of England
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Work overnight and early morning shifts, often outdoors in variable weather
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and safe completion of tasks

Requirements:
• Physically fit and comfortable working at height
• Willingness to work overnight and in all weather conditions
• Flexible with travel and occasional overnight stays
• Able to start shifts between 1am–2am and work through to late morning
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
