Daily Rate:
£350 to £500 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract:
Interim / Temporary Assignment

Essential Requirements:

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Manager within supported living or adult social care

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage services, and ensure quality outcomes

• Experience in turnaround or stabilisation projects desirable

• Full driving licence and ability to travel across West Yorkshire

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to oversee supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care requirements. You will provide strong operational leadership, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and maintain a person-centred culture. The role involves service stabilisation, staff supervision, quality monitoring, and liaising with local authorities and external partners.
