Hospitality Manager – Care Home

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a care home, hotel, or similar environment

Strong communication, motivational, and organisational skills

Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, including health & safety and employment law

Ability to engage regularly with residents and families

Reliable, hands-on, and passionate about delivering exceptional service
The Role
You will oversee all aspects of hospitality within the care home, ensuring residents receive an outstanding, personalised experience. You will:

Lead food service operations, collaborating with chefs to deliver high-quality meals

Oversee housekeeping and maintenance to maintain a welcoming environment

Develop and manage engaging activities for residents

Support and manage hospitality staff, including training and development
-
Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient operations

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Maintain high standards of service and first impressions
