Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Keighley. This is a full-time temporary position for an initial 3 to 6 month period, offering competitive pay and flexible start times.
Working Hours:
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible start time between 6:00am and 8:00am
• Early finish on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting up machines and preparing materials for production
• Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
• Previous experience operating CNC machines is essential
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
