We are recruiting Bank Children’s Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people in residential or community settings. This flexible role is ideal for those who are passionate about making a positive impact in a child’s life.

About the Role:

• Supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
• Promoting routines, boundaries, and positive behaviour
• Assisting with daily activities, education, and social development
• Supporting with personal care and emotional wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (residential, education, or support settings preferred)
• A calm, confident, and compassionate approach
• Flexibility to cover various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• An enhanced DBS (Children’s Workforce) or willingness to apply for one
• PMVA required
