Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (negotiable DOE)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (with on-call flexibility)
Setting: 3-bed EBD Children’s Residential Home (currently 1 child in placement)
Team: 3 Senior Support Workers + 3 Residential Support Workers

Are you an experienced leader in children’s residential care looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with a well-established provider who is seeking a Children’s Home Manager to lead a warm and dedicated team in Whitworth.

This is a small EBD home supporting young people aged 7–18 with emotional and behavioural needs (such as ADHD, depression, and other psychological challenges). The team is stable and supportive, with a solid rota in place – they just need an inspiring manager to take the reins.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 12–18 months’ experience as a Registered Manager in an EBD setting
• Or a strong Deputy Manager with 2+ years’ experience ready to step up
• Confident leadership, care compliance know-how, and a passion for child-centred support
