Bank Support Worker – Adults & Young People
Location: Lancashire (various locations)
Salary: £12.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Flexible, zero-hour contract (bank work)

Essential Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care or support role

Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., Safeguarding, Medication, First Aid)

Confident supporting adults and young people with varying needs

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- Driving License (not essential but desirable)
