Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an Administrator on a full time, temporary ongoing basis.
The role will involve typical admin tasks like emails and calls, looking after client accounts and sorting servicing and repair work
Duties will include:
• Calls & emails from customers, so need good phone manner .
• Good excel skills, formulars, pivots and V lookups
• Working on lots of different customer portals
• Chasing updates for customers across all systems
• Admin duties
• Uploading part requests into SAP for the service team.
Key requirements:
• Previous admin / customer service experience
• Must be IT literate
• Must be able to use Microsoft Word & Excel
• Must have good geographical knowledge.
Hours of work: 08-08-30am start / 16.30-17.00pm finish
1 hour lunch unpaid
37.5-hour week
£12.21 p/h
