Job Title: Welder / Fabricator
Location: Haslingden
Salary: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Holidays: 33 days including Bank Holidays

Overview:
Rotherwood Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing company. This role involves working with stainless steel to produce high-quality fabricated products to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel products
• Manufacture items such as tables, benches and cabinets
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications
• Use various workshop machinery and power tools
• Carry out finishing work using grinders, files and emery paper
• Meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Ensure all work meets high quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
• TIG welding experience is essential
• Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
