About the School Administrator (Attendance) Role

Are you reliable, professional, and a strong communicator?

We’re looking for temporary School Administrator to join a friendly office based in a local secondary school.

Key Responsibilities of School Administrator (Attendance):

• Ensure students attendance is monitored and inputted correctly on the school Bromcom MIS system.
• Provide high-quality and pro-active administrative and reception support when required.
• Receive visitors and provide any appropriate hospitality.
• Consider incoming requests, correspondence and other documentation in order to determine significance and plan distribution. Respond / draft responses as appropriate.
• Maintain records and relevant databases of pupils and attendance as appropriate.
• Assist with the review, development and implementation of administrative procedures and processes.

Requirements of School Administrator (Attendance):

• Excellent attention to detail and punctuality
• Ideally have experience working with Bromcom MIS
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a structured environment
• Previous experience in school environment
• Must be able to commit to working full-time
