Job Title: Part-Time Secretary / Receptionist
Location: Skipton (Office-based)
Hours: 8 hours per week – 2 mornings per week (e.g. 9:00am–1:00pm or 10:00am–2:00pm, must cover lunchtime)
Pay: £13.71 per hour
A small, friendly accountancy practice in Skipton is looking for a reliable Part-Time Secretary / Receptionist to join their small team.
Key Duties:
- Answering calls and general reception duties
- Typing letters and documents (e.g. invoices and correspondence)
- Filing returns and maintaining filing systems
- General administrative support
- Managing petty cash
Requirements:
- Previous admin, receptionist, or secretarial experience preferred
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good organisation and a professional telephone manner
