Bank Support Worker – Adults & Young People

Location: Lancashire (various locations)
Salary: £12.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Flexible, zero-hour contract (bank work)
Contract: Zero Hours

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care or support role

• Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., Safeguarding, Medication, First Aid)

• Confident supporting adults and young people with varying needs

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

• Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)

• Driving License (not essential but desirable)
