A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy and supportive Asset Management team, responsible for improving the quality of homes across a portfolio of social housing properties. This role plays a key part in delivering investment works, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing the lives of tenants.

You’ll work closely with both the Asset Management and Healthy Homes teams, supporting project delivery, tracking performance, and ensuring excellent service to residents and contractors alike.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative support for planned investment works

  • Handling project-related documentation, meetings, and reporting

  • Maintaining accurate records, financial data, and key performance indicators

  • Liaising with contractors, internal teams, and customers

  • Supporting with the delivery of projects from initiation to completion

  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations

Essential:

  • Good general education (GCSE or equivalent)

  • Office-based administrative experience

  • Experience using financial or project management systems

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence working under pressure and to deadlines

  • A customer-focused mindset with a professional approach

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or similar

  • Experience in housing, property maintenance, or working with contractors

  • Understanding of key performance metrics and compliance reporting
