Description
Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a Service Technician on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be working closely with their customer services team, you will service and test a range of anesthetic equipment to industry standards, for which full training will be given.
The position involves working in hospital operating theatres and in veterinary practices and you will be expected to work away from home with overnight stays when required.
Previous experience in a technical, engineering or maintenance of medical equipment role would be an advantage.
Job particulars:
- Full time 37 hours per week
- Salary: 28k
- Due to the nature of this post, you will be required to work flexibly and may be required to work additional hours as are reasonably necessary to perform your duties and meet the needs of their customers. Applicant must be happy to work away when required and a clean driver’s licence is essential
- In addition to your salary, you will be entitled to overtime when necessary, at 1.5 x your hourly rate and use of a company vehicle. You will have 23 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays. Expenses are also payable when you are required to stay over on site. Bonuses may be payable and are dependent on company performance
